The Jihadi Management Association (NGO) started its activities in 2016 in the field of strengthening and promoting jihadi culture, identifying, organizing and creating unity and empathy among managers at the national and international levels, and continuously improving the effectiveness of the integrated management system and Also, providing stakeholder satisfaction, a society with respect, effort and honesty in carrying out activities, dignity and respect for human values and the establishment of human relationships are among its most important goals.

Based on this, it has established its integrated management system based on IMC standards (ISO9001-2015 & ISO10002-2018 & ISO10004-4-2018) at the association level and considers the following axes as its top priority.
