This study aims to identify the challenges and requirements of jihadi management in the country. For this purpose, in this research, on the one hand, while identifying the challenges facing jihadi management, on identifying and classifying them and injuries in three branches: structural, behavioral and contextual, and on the other hand, the requirements for jihadi management in four dimensions. Identify a managerial, human and structural approach. The method of this research is applied and descriptive in nature.
In this research, two questionnaires have been used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by university professors and research experts, and the validity of the questionnaire was obtained. In this study, in order to rank and determine the requirements and requirements questionnaire (88), the importance of dimensions and indicators in the two sections of challenges and requirements, the repetition test was used. The statistical population of the research consists of two groups of managers and experts of the institutions of the Islamic Revolution and the (89) field / cultural institutions.
The results show that behavioral challenges (2981) are very important, respectively, and need to be managed properly (42.85) and structurally (95), (89). In the section of requirements for the implementation of jihadi management, management requirements (1576) have a priority of 1 to 4, respectively. In the structure (81/40), a humane approach (37) (87) the end of proposals and solutions to achieve jihadist and revolutionary management in the organizations of the holy system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially organs that had an institutional background, is presented.
After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, based on the needs of the Revolution and by the order of Imam Khomeini, some institutions, the establishment, and the source of various services for society, especially the strata were deprived.
Management of these institutions quickly became a culture and style of management to the extent that while having a high position of value and sanctity in scientific circles, it was considered as a dynamic organizational culture and a special style of management. These institutions, whose prominent features include God-centeredness, religiosity, provincialism, flexibility, populism, creativity and innovation, were seriously challenged and damaged due to the bureaucratic rule of organizations.
Because the bureaucratic system, due to its characteristics, caused the institutions, which were compatible with flexible and organic structures, to inefficiency and low effectiveness, and some of them were dissolved or merged into other organizations, and some Also find organizational function over time.
This situation is caused by various causes and factors, among which can be reduced performance, inflexibility, concentration of power, preference of individual goals to organizational goals, unconditional obedience to laws and regulations, strengthening the spirit of conservatism and flattery, from He pointed out the disappearance of the spirit of work independence and the client’s confusion; Therefore, by reviewing the design of organizational structures, using them in accordance with the nature of work and operations of the organization, reducing government ownership, emphasizing the role of oversight and policy-making and reforming the system of selection and appointment of managers and employees can prevent the negative aspects of bureaucracy. Developed and sustained jihadi culture and management in organizations.
